What Does a Typical SEO Project Look Like?

First Discovery Call + Brief Proposal
We’ll start the project by sending you a branding questionnaire to help us understand your needs & vision. Once we have a clear understanding of the project scope, we will send you a quote for approval. A 30% deposit is required to reserve your start date.

Research + Concept Development
To understand your brand needs, we’ll review your questionnaire to develop the desired SEO direction, including your content marketing, UI/ UX design and website performance optimisation. From there, we’ll create a customised SEO roadmap presentation that sets the tone for the project.

Presentation, Feedback + Sign-off
Once we have established and approved the desired SEO direction for your brand, the magic begins! We will work on your project for the selected period, collaborating with you through feedback & approval processes until the final sign-off on the last project day.
04.
Final Delivery + Post Project Check-in
We like to conclude the project with a final check-in on the last project day and another 30 days later to review progress. Depending on the service you have purchased, payment due dates vary. Once the last payment is received, the project will be completed within the estimated timeline.
